Your first stop in the "windy corner"
Upon arrival at Windhoek airport, your rental vehicle will be ready for collection and you can make the approximate 30 minute drive to Windhoek city, where you will spend your first night. If you arrived on a morning flight, you have the afternoon at your own leisure to explore the city and it’s German architecture.
Ti Melen is a quiet and secluded guesthouse with natural surroundings. The property is only 5 minutes by car from the city centre and located high on a slope at the end of the street. Here you can relax or do some bird watching in the garden, or cool down in a small pool with Jacuzzi.

Spend the next two nights in the wild-rich Palmwag concession in Northern Damaraland. This is one of the most important retreats for the endangered black rhino and it hosts the largest population of rhinos outside any National Park.

Etosha National Park is Namibia’s prime big 5 game reserve and is well-known for the Etosha-Pan. This park is popular for excellent game viewing year-round, where an abundance of wildlife gathers around the many waterholes in the park.
The Etosha Oberland opened on March 2020 and is nestled near Andersson Gate in a private nature park adjacent to the Etosha National Park. The lodge offers an inviting lobby, restaurant and bar with an adjoining lounge with fire pit. To enhance the experience, guests are invited to enjoy a viewing deck and swimming pool as well as free wifi in communal areas.
